Noughty Monté dealcoholized red wine is an expertly crafted, well-balanced, fuller bodied wine with a rich ruby colour and an impressive structure from subtle wood ageing. The wine is 100% Syrah, harvested and fermented in the same way as alcoholic wine. French oak is used during malolactic fermentation to give it its distinctive depth and complexity.
