Fresh raspberries are first frozen to help concentrate the juices. Then a local partner Impress mashes them into a smooth puree that is mixed with lemon juice and sugar and then filtered. They keep some of the pulp in the syrup so it tastes just like Grandma's jam. And just like said jam, this syrup is free of flavoring and preservatives.
